How Does the Lateral Flush Valve Work?

This flush valve is installed at the end of your irrigation system and ensures that a small amount of stagnant nutrient water is flushed out of the line with each watering. This means that your plants always receive fresh nutrient water , instead of water that may have been sitting in the line for a long time.

When to Use the Lateral Flush Valve?

This product is highly recommended for Micro Drip systems to reduce blockages due to dried salts and ensure optimal irrigation performance.

For systems with an open flow , where no pressure build-up occurs, this flush valve is less suitable. In that case, the FloraFlex® Air Bleed Valve may be a better alternative, although its primary purpose is to remove air from the system rather than flush it.
